Our online fitness challenge is designed to motivate employees to stay active and promote a healthier lifestyle. Activate My Wellbeing
We know that supporting our mental health and wellbeing requires consistent effort and daily attention. By taking small, intentional steps, we can build lasting habits that lead to meaningful change. Created by a Doctor and a dedicated team of health professionals, the Activate My Wellbeing Challenge focuses on key themes that contribute to achieving balance and improving mental health. Over the course of four weeks, participants will engage in a series of tasks, activities, and interactive content that promote active participation and personal growth. Each week, employees explore a different theme through a combination of videos, live webinars, and practical exercises. Participants will gain valuable tools and insights to foster healthy habits and cultivate a happier, healthier lifestyle.
